第5章 报价与发盘

The reply to an inquiry concerning prices and other terms is a quotation or offer.In international trade,transactions are concluded on the basis of stated terms and conditions that will be discussed and exchanged by asking and answering.The party who asks is making an inquiry.The other party who answers is making a quotation or offer.There will be many rounds of such discussions or negotiations on a matter.

报价或发盘是针对关于价格和其他条件的询盘所作出的回答。在国际贸易中,交易是在固定的条款和条件的基础上达成的。这些条款和条件要经过询问和回答的过程进行讨论和磋商。询问的一方所作的是询盘,回答的一方所作的是报价或发盘。就一笔交易而言,这种讨论或谈判要经过许多回合。
